Sniffing Password

Please consider the following questions:

1. Are there Pros of Segmail not mentioned?
2. Are there Cons of Segmail not mentioned?
If this is plain text, wouldn`t be very easy to get this "encoded" addresses for somebody on the way?

3. Can you think of any constructive improvements or changes to this system?
it would be more clear to have addresses of the kind: sender@receiver@server.com although this would not be backwards compatible (?)

4. What do you think of it in general?
i think it`s a good idea to have a communication channel specific for each sender, this is probably the best solution to spam, but it seems impractical (and unsafe) to include the password in the address itself
